AIDS Quilt Wilmington

We will host a virtual kickoff on November 29th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm via Zoom: HERE
You can view locally made panels memorializing family and friends lost to HIV/AIDS in person at The Ormond Center November 30th through December 4th, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and December 5th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Attendence is free and space is limited. Only 6 people will be allowed to enter the building at a time. Face coverings are required.
On World AIDS Day, December 1st, there will be refreshments from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and on December 5th from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, outside of The Ormond Center. Providing food for December 1st is Yosake and December 5th food will be provided by Premier Catering.
If you, or someone you know is not able to make these times, an email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to view these quilts in person.

We will offer free HIV testing located at The Ormond Center, 1624 Princess St. Wilmington, NC.
Testing Dates: December 1st from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and December 5th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
In the midst of all of this Wednesday, December 2nd, we also welcome all to join a virtual showing and discussion about, The Last One. Dr. Michaela Howells will lead us in this discussion starting at 6:00pm via Zoom.
